V práci je částečně zpracovaná teorie zásobování teplem, dále je detailně rozebraná ekonomika možných variant a jejich financování. Na závěr je provedeno vyhodnocení a doporučení vhodné varianty investorovi. | cs |

In the thesis there is theoretical background for central heating systems. In the next steps there are economical evaluation of possible options and their financing. At the end of the thesis there is an overall evaluation and recommendation of appropriate option to the investor. | en |
