Hodnocení investičního projektu

Abstract

Cílem této práce je komplexní vyhodnocení investičního projektu do energetického zdroje pro zásobování konkrétní lokality teplem. V práci je částečně zpracovaná teorie zásobování teplem, dále je detailně rozebraná ekonomika možných variant a jejich financování. Na závěr je provedeno vyhodnocení a doporučení vhodné varianty investorovi.The aim of the thesis is to evaluate investment project into energy source of central heating system. In the thesis there is theoretical background for central heating systems. In the next steps there are economical evaluation of possible options and their financing. At the end of the thesis there is an overall evaluation and recommendation of appropriate option to the investor.
