Davová psychóza na palubě dopravních letadel

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá davovou psychózou na palubě dopravních letadel a jejím účinkem na úspěšné či neúspěšné zvládnutí krizové situace. V první části této práce je podrobně popsáno seznámení s davovou psychózou a davem z psychologického hlediska, chování davu a postoj k psychologii davu podle důležitých autorů z historie. Dále je poukázáno na katastrofy a krizové situace, v letectví i jinde, u kterých mělo strhnutí davu větší či menší dopad na jejich důsledek. Kapitoly na konci práce jsou zaměřeny na efektivní způsoby komunikace s davem a na formu výcviku leteckého personálu, s uvedenými potřebnými změnami ve struktuře výcviku.This thesis deals with mass hysteria on board airliners and its effect on the success or failure of managing crisis situations. In the first part of this work, introduction to mass hysteria and mob from a psychological perspective, crowd behavior and attitude to crowd psychology by important psychologists from the history is mentioned. Afterwards the role of disastrous and crisis situations in aviation and elsewhere, where the crowd manipulation had a greater or lesser impact on the result, are pointed out. Chapters near the end of the thesis deal with effective forms of communication with crowds and with the form of training aviation personnel, with necessary changes in the structure of training pointed out.
