Stanovení hodnoty společnosti METROPROJEKT Praha a.s.

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce je věnována stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. Součástí práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti, zhodnocení jejího postavení na trhu a následně ocenění společnosti k datu 31. 12. 2022. To vše za pomoci vhodně zvolených metod a nástrojů. Diplomová práce se člení na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení základní terminologie a představení zvolených metod a nástrojů, které jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části na prostředí společnosti METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. Praktická část zahrnuje představení oceňované společnosti, na nějž navazuje strategická analýza, která zkoumá postavení společnosti z hlediska makroprostředí a mezoprostředí. Následně je pomocí metod finanční analýzy posouzeno finanční zdraví oceňované společnosti. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány sestavení finančního plánu a konečně i samotnému ocenění společnosti pomocí metody DCF entity a metody ekonomické přidané hodnoty.The submitted diploma thesis is dedicated to the determination of the market value of METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. The thesis includes an assessment of the financial health of the company, an evaluation of its position on the market and subsequently the valuation of the company as of 31. 12. 2022. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic terminology and introducing the chosen methods and tools, which are further applied in the practical part on the environment of METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. The practical part includes an introduction of the evaluated company, followed by a strategic analysis that examines the company's position in terms of the macro and meso environment. Subsequently, the financial health of the valued company is assessed using financial analysis methods. Further chapters are dedicated to the preparation of the financial plan and finally to the valuation of the company itself using the DCF entity method and the economic value added method.
