Průzkum a návrh sanace vily v Hradci Králové

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením současného stavu rodinné vily v Hradci Králové a návrhem sanačních opatřeních. V úvodu je seznámení s objektem a shrnutí historických souvislostí s tehdejší technologií provádění výstavby. Nejobsáhlejší část práce je stavebně technický průzkum, který popisuje jednotlivé konstrukce, jejich poruchy a vady a analýzu příčin jejich vzniku. Dále byla posouzena energetická náročnost stávajícího stavu objektu. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena sanační opatření a je optimalizován systém technického zařízení. V závěru práce je energeticky posouzen navržený stav objektu s implementovanými opatřeními. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace.The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the current condition of a family villa in Hradec Králové and the proposal of rehabilitation measures. The opening is an introduction to the subject and a summary of the historical context of the construction technology. The most extensive part of the thesis is a structural and technical survey, which describes individual structures, their faults and defects, and cause analysis. Subsequently, the energy performance of the current condition of the building is assessed. On the basis of the results, rehabilitation measures are proposed and the system of technical equipment is optimized. In conclusion of the thesis, the proposed state of the subject with implemented measures is evaluated energetically. Drawing documentation is included in the thesis.
