Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá destilačními kolonami se zaměřením na výrobu hydrolátů a esenciálních olejů. Cílem je návrh destilačního přístroje vhodného pro prostředí gastronomie, kterému se přizpůsobuje materiálovým řešením, tvarovostí splňující hygienické požadavky a snadným použitím.
The bachelor's thesis deals with distillation columns with a focus on the production of hydrolates and essential oils. The goal is to design a distillation apparatus suitable for the gastronomy environment, to which it adapts with material solutions, shapes that meet hygienic requirements and ease of use.
