Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem městského rodinného domu v pražských Dejvicích. Součástí práce je zpracování architektonické studie, vybraných částí projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení a konceptu technického zařízení budov (TZB). Řešený pozemek se nachází na svažitém terénu orientovaném do ulice, v blízkosti ulice Evropská. V minulosti zde stály objekty technického zázemí dnes již zbouraného hotelu Praha. Projekt je součástí širšího zadání, které zahrnuje návrh dvanácti rodinných domů určených pro hostující akademiky přijíždějící do Prahy s rodinami na různě dlouhé pobyty. Domy by zároveň měly být navrženy tak, aby obstály i na běžném realitním trhu. Hlavním cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit moderní budovu, která i přes umístění v rušné městské lokalitě poskytuje dostatečné soukromí.The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of an urban family house located in the Dejvice district of Prague. The scope of the work includes the development of an architectural study, selected parts of the project documentation at the building permit level, and a conceptual design of the building services (MEP). The site is situated on sloping terrain facing the street, near Evropská Street. Historically, the location housed technical facilities serving the now-demolished Hotel Praha. The project is part of a broader assignment involving the design of twelve family houses intended for visiting academics coming to Prague with their families for varying lengths of stay. At the same time, the houses are expected to meet the standards of the general real estate market. The main goal of the design was to create a modern building that, despite its location in a busy urban area, ensures a sufficient level of privacy.
