Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je navrhnout dvougenerační rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a prarodiče nebo jiné hosty. Pozemek se nachází v lokalitě Bílá Hora. Parcela na terénu svažujícím se na jihozápad nabízí krásné výhledy i dobré oslunění a orientaci ke světovým stranám. Pozemek je ze severní i západní strany ohraničen přiléhajícími stavebními parcelami. Na parcele při severní straně pozemku však ještě žádný objekt nestojí. Na jižní straně k pozemku přiléhá místní komunikace Nad Višňovkou. Východní strana pozemku je ohraničena polní cestou. Jedná se o klidné místo. Cílem bylo navrhnout rodinný dům, který přirozeně splyne se svažitým terénem a poskytne rodině maximální kontakt s rozsáhlou zahradou.The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design a two-generation family house for a family of four and grandparents or other guests. The property is located in the area of Bílá Hora. The plot on a terrain sloping to the southwest offers beautiful views as well as good sunlight and orientation to the cardinal points. The plot is bordered on the north and west sides by adjacent building plots. However, there is no building yet standing on the plot on the north side of the property. On the southern side of the plot, the local road Nad Višňovkou is adjacent to the plot. The eastern side of the plot is bounded by a dirt road. It is a quiet place. The aim was to design a family house that would blend naturally with the sloping terrain and provide the family with maximum contact with the extensive garden.
