Náklady životního cyklu dvou variant rodinného domu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání nákladů životního cyklu dvou variant rodinného domu a to dřevostavby a zděného systému. V rámci této práce se budou tedy srovnávat jednotlivé složky nákladů životního cyklu stavby obou variant a to pořizovací náklady, náklady na provoz a náklady na údržbu a obnovu. K vypracování pořizovacích nákladů budou zpracovány dva položkové rozpočty v CS ÚRS v programu Kros 4 verze 2021/I. Náklady na provoz, obnovu a údržbu budou pro obě varianty zpracovány pomocí webové aplikace Buildpass. Pro tepelně technické posouzení opláštění a stanovení součinitele prostupu tepla bude použit program TEPLO 2017.This Bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of a life cycle cost for two variants of a family house; the first variant is a timber house and the second a brick house. As part of this work, the individual components of both variants have been assessed; specifically, acquisition costs, operating costs and maintenance & renewal costs. For the acquisition costs two itemized budgets have been created in Kros 4 version 2021/I using the ÚRS price system. The operating costs and maintenance & renewal costs have processed using a web application called Buildpass. In addition to this TEPLO 2017 has been used to assess the thermal technical assessment of cladding and to determine the heat transfer coefficient.
