Implementace personálního systému WorkDay v nadnárodní společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace personálního informačního systému. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definován pojem personálního informačního systému, problematika implementace personálního informačního systému a je vysvětleno, jak s tím souvisí již platné nařízení Evropské Unie o ochraně osobních údajů - GDPR. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zhodnocení procesu implementace nového personálního informačního systému WorkDay v konkrétní společnosti. Hodnocení dopadu zavedení nového personálního informačního systému vychází z dotazníkového šetření.

The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the personnel information system. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of personnel information system, the issue of implementation of the personnel information system and explains how this is connected with the European Union regulation on General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR. The practical part is focused on evaluating the process of implementation of the new WorkDay personal information system in the particular company. The assessment of the impact of the introduction of the new personnel information system is based on a questionnaire survey.
