Abstract
Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje možnosti využití mikrořas a jejich kultivaci v otevřených a uzavřených systémech. Dále je popsáno využití vestaveb v deskovém fotobioreaktoru pro zlepšení kultivace. Praktická část spočívá v popisu proudění v deskovém fotobioreaktoru pomocí numerických simulací. Na základě výsledků je navržena vestavba a je zkoumán její vliv na proudění.
The theoretical part of this thesis describes the possibilities of using microalgae and their cultivation in open and closed systems. The use of special mixers in a plate photobioreactor to improve cultivation is also described. The practical part consists of the description of the flow in the plate photobioreactor using CFD. Based on the results, the special mixer is designed and its impact on the flow is inspected.
