Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě seznámení se s metodami psychoterapie navrhnout psychoterapeutickou aplikaci pro pomoc lidem s úzkostí a depresí. Součástí práce je i implementace aplikace ve formě progresivní webové aplikace.
The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with the methods of psychotherapy and based on the findings to design a psychotherapeutic application to help people with anxiety and depression. The thesis also includes implementation of the application in the form of a progressive web application.
