Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem vyfukování nanovláken pomocí melt-blown technologie a popisem používaného extrudéru. Představuje nejen zpracovatelský stroj, ale i výběr vhodných materiálů či specifika technologie v souvislosti s vytlačovací hlavou. Výsledkem práce je zjednodušený návrh hlavy včetně výpočtů, výrobních kritérií a sestavových výkresů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of nanofibers production using melt-blown technology and the description of the used extruder. It presents not only the processing machine, but also the selection of suitable materials or the specifics of the technology in relation to the extrusion head. The work results in a simplified design of the head including calculations, manufacturing criteria and assembly drawings.
