Abstract

Předmětem zadání diplomové práce je konverze území v okolí vlakové stanice Praha – Dejvice, včetně ji samotné. Řešené území je vymezeno ulicemi Milady Horákové, Pelléova, Muchova, Dejvická, Václavkova a Svatovítská. Jedná se o atraktivní nezastavěnou lokalitu Prahy 6 v docházkové vzdálenosti Pražského Hradu, Letné a Dejvického kampusu vysokých škol. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout urbanistikou koncepci řešení území a následné prostorové, funkční řešení navržených objektů a veřejných prostranství s návazností na stávající zástavbu. První část diplomové práce se věnuje analýze současného stavu řešeného území, jeho hodnot, limit, a problémům. Tato analýza poskytuje vlastní nadhled nad řešeným územím s popisem historického kontextu, občanské vybavenosti, dopravního řešení, koncepční spojitosti a struktury zástavby. Po vyhodnocení provedené analýzy současného stavu bylo možné navrhnout novou zástavbu v kontextu okolní zástavby a dalších limitujících staveb. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje detailnímu řešení centrálních staveb a jim přilehlým veřejným prostranstvím.The subject of the diploma thesis is the conversion of the area around the train station Prague - Dejvice, including itself. The solved area is delimited by Milady Horákové, Pelléova, Muchova, Dejvická, Václavkova and Svatovítská streets. It is an attractive undeveloped locality of Prague 6 within walking distance of the Prague Castle, Letná and Dejvice campuses of universities. The aim of the work was to design a concept of urban design and subsequent spatial, functional design of the proposed buildings and public spaces in relation to the existing development. The first part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the solved area, its values, limits, and problems. This analysis provides its own overview of the area with a description of the historical context, civic amenities, transport solutions, conceptual connectivity and development structure. After evaluating the performed analysis of the current state, it was possible to design a new development in the context of the surrounding development and other limiting buildings. The final part of the work is devoted to the detailed solution of central buildings and their adjacent public spaces.
