Abstract
ANOTACE České republice chybí nová kulturní stavba světového měřítka, přesněji koncertní sál s dostatečnou kapacitou pro návštěvníky, těmi možná nejlepšími akustickými požadavky a novým domovem pro náš Národní symfonický orchestr. Ve své diplomové práci navrhuji koncertní síň pro Prahu na Vltavské, na místě současné stanice metra Vltavská. Zadání vychází ze studie Institutu pro plánování a rozvoj hlavního města Prahy, z roku 2018. Jedná se o kulturní světovou stavbu, která nejen Praze, ale celé České republice otevře dveře do hudebního odvětví a pozvedne českou architekturu zase o něco výš.
ANOTATION The Czech Republic currently lacks contemporary cultural building, a concert hall with sufficient capacity and the finest acoustic system would provide a domicile for the Czech National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO) and also be comparable with the world‘s most prestigious, cultural structures. In my dissertation, I am designing concert hall for Prague at the location of Vltavska underground, this assignment is derived from the 2018 study of Institute for planning and development of Prague. Realisations of this international cultural building would open the door musically for both Prague and to the Czech Republic as a whole, additionally it would augment the reputation of Czech architecture.
