Abstract
The main objective of this master thesis was to design a cultural and information pavilion, created by 3D concrete printing technology. It follows up on a pre-thesis project, an architectural and urban study of the Štúrova - Zálesí area in Prague 4. The pavilion is a part of the square, which represents a focal point of the newly designed area. The 3D printing technology in architecture offers many opportunities that have not been fully explored yet. Concrete as a liquid stone creates new forms and textures. The main element of the pavilion is a 3D printed concrete wall. Massive flowing form coming out from the curves that define the space. The pavilion represents an organic sculpture in the orthogonal environment of the city that corresponds with its surroundings.
