Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, která si nepřála být jmenována, a proto je pro účely této práce nazývána jako organizace XY. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje základní cíle, oblasti, systematický cyklus a metody vzdělávání. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci XY, vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření a navrhuje doporučení, které by mohly organizaci XY v budoucnu pomoci v procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců.This bachelor thesis deals with the process of training and development of employees in a selected organization, which did not wish to be named, and therefore for the purposes of this work is called as the organization XY. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic goals, areas, systematic cycle and methods of education. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the training process in the selected organization XY, evaluates the questionnaire survey and proposes recommendations that could help the organization XY in the future in the process of training and development of employees.
