Robotická ruka pro mobilního robota

Abstract

Obsahem této práce je sestavení a zprovoznění robotické ruky určené pro mobilní outdoorové vozítko. V práci jsou porovnány mechanické konstrukce od různých výrobců a jsou zde popsány úpravy, které zvýšily robustnost konstrukce a umožnily integraci ruky do vozítka. V rámci této práce jsou navrženy dvě desky plošných spojů pro řízení ruky a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé komponenty. Pro jednu desku je navržen firmware splňující všechny zadané úkoly v oblastech řízení a komunikace ruky. Závěrem bylo provedeno testování celého systému.The content of this work is to build a robotic arm for a mobile outdoor vehicle. The work contains a comparison of different structures from multiple manufacturers, and it describes modifications made to increase robustness of the structure and integrate the arm to the vehicle. Within this work, two different printed circuit boards are designed for driving the arm, and all components on the boards are described. There is a custom firmware for one board that fulfills all the tasks in communication and driving the arm. In the end, the whole system was tested.
