Zvyšování konkurenční schopnosti pomocí metody LCC v oblasti železniční dopravy

Abstract

Tato disertační práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy nákladů životního cyklu železničních kolejových vozidel. Disertační práce poskytuje manažerům novou aplikovatelnou metodiku analýzy nákladů životního cyklu kolejových vozidel, která přispěje k efektivnějšímu využívání finančních zdrojů podniků a ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti českých firem na zahraničních trzích. Význam této práce spočívá v tom, že propojuje teorii nákladů životního cyklu s teorií citlivosti se zaměřením na posílení konkurenceschopnosti železniční dopravy. V rámci disertační práce byla mimo jiné ověřena hypotéza, že analýza nákladů životního cyklu slouží ke zvýšení inovačního potenciálu železničního průmyslu. Součástí práce je také analýza vybraných mezinárodních výrobců kolejových vozidel.This dissertation deals with the issue of life cycle cost analysis of rolling stock. The dissertation provides managers with a new applicable methodology of life cycle cost analysis of rolling stock, which contributes to the efficient use of financial resources of the companies to increase the competitiveness of Czech companies in foreign markets. The importance of this work lies in the fact that it combines life cost with sensitivity analysis with the purpose to increase the competitiveness of rail transport. Among other things, the dissertation verified the hypothesis that the analysis of life cycle cost serves to increase the innovation potential of the railway industry. The dissertation includes an analysis of selected internation manufactures of rolling stock.
