Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí historických lázní Johanna Schichta z roku 1930 v Ústí nad Labem (dnes Lázně dr. Vrbenského). Obsahem práce je zjednodušený stavebně-technický průzkum objektu včetně analýzy poruch konstrukcí, vlhkostní a mykologický průzkum i rozbor stavebních konstrukcí se statickými výpočty jejich únosností. Na základě zjištěných faktů o stavebních konstrukcích a jejich stavu je přistoupeno k návrhu nutných sanačních opatření pro zajištění životnosti a provozuschopnosti objektu.
Diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the historical public bath of Johann Schicht from the year 1930 in Ústí nad Labem (today the Bath of dr. Vrbenský). The subject of the thesis is a simplified technical survey of the building including analysis of failures. This thesis contains moisture and mycological survey and statically analyse of main structures. Necessary remediation measures are designed based on the detected facts about constructions and their conditions to ensure durability and operability of the building.
