Posouzení variant obálek pasivního domu s využitím agregovaných položek

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je posouzení variant obálek pasivního domu s využitím agregovaných položek. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou rovin, teoretické a praktické. Cílem teoretické části je uvedení do problematiky pasivních domů, tzn. přinést informace o návrhu, výhodách, nevýhodách výstavby, zmapovat výstavbu pasivních domů na území České republiky. Stěžejním bodem teoretické části je definování principů návrhu obálky budovy pasivního domu, jež jsou využity v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá samotným návrhem obálky, přičemž je zaměřena na rodinné domy. Přináší možná řešení skladeb konstrukcí obálky pasivního domu, pro které jsou stanoveny agregované ceny. Následně jsou obálky aplikovány na konkrétní příklad rodinného domu s vytvořením 4 variantních řešení. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení variant navržených obálek pasivního domu v rámci nákladů životního cyklu stavby.The aim of diploma thesis is an assesment of passive house envelope variants using aggregated items. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the issue of passive houses, ie. bring information about the design, advantages, disadvantages of construction of passive houses in the Czech Republic. The key point of the theoretical part is to define the principles of design of the passive house building envelope, which are used in the practical part. The practical part deals with the design of the envelope itself, focusing on family houses. It brings possible solutions of the structures of the passive house envelope structures, for which aggregate prices are set. Subsequently, the envelopes are applied to a specific example of a family house with the creation of 4 variant solution. The output of the thesis is the evaluation of the designed passive house envelope variants within the life cycle costs of the building.
