Plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se primárně zaobírá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a na ní navazující praktickou část. V teoretické části práce se pojednává o historii a vývoji bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a jsou v ní shrnuty nejdůležitější části legislativy, z kterých je čerpáno při samotném sestavováni plánu BOZP v části praktické. Mimo toho je teoretická část práce zaměřena na situace a případy, kdy musí být plán BOZP vypracován a na účastníky výstavby, jejich povinnosti a odpovědnosti ve výstavbovém projektu. V praktické části se práce zabývá vypracováním samotného plánu BOZP na skutečně realizovaný projekt v rámci platných předpisů a norem. Jsou v ní také zaznamenána porušení plánu, která během výstavby nastala a obsahuje také shrnutí k obecnému dodržování plánu BOZP.This diploma thesis is taking mainly on the topic of Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the construction site. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part which is followed by practical one. In the theoretical part the thesis discusses about history and evolution of Occupational Safety and Health Administration, also the most important parts of national legislation which are used during the creation of OSHA plan in the practical part are being pointed out here. Furthermore, the theoretical part is focused on situations and cases, in which the OSHA plan must be worked out as well on the construction participants, their obligations and responsibilities during the construction project. In the practical part an OSHA plan for an actual construction project is being worked out in accordance with valid regulations and norms. The violations of the plan which happened during the construction are being documented in the practical part as well as short evaluation of the overall adherence of the OSHA plan.
