Energetická náročnost rozpojení hornin a minerálů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozpojením či také zdrobňováním hornin, tj. jejich drcením či mletím. Představí problematiku získání požadované jemnosti zrn, základní principy zdrobňování a energetickou náročností tohoto procesu. V první části představí běžně používané stroje, princip jejich fungování, jejich přednosti a úskalí. V druhé části se bude zabývat různými přístupy k modelování energetické náročnosti zdrobňování a konečně v poslední části představí experiment s mletím horniny v laboratorních podmínkách a srovná naměřenou hodnotu spotřebované energie s teoretickými modely spotřeby podobných hornin.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the comminution of minerals, i.e., their crushing or grinding. It introduces the issue of obtaining the required grain fineness, the basic principles of size reduction and energy requirements of this process. The first part introduces commonly used machines, the principle of their operation, their advantages and disadvantages. In the second part it discusses different approaches to modeling the energy demands of comminution. And finally in the last part it presents an experiment with comminution of rock in a laboratory tumbling mill and compares the measured energy consumption with theoretical models of consumption of similar rocks.
