Time-Management studentů technické vysoké školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na time management studentů technické vysoké školy. Hlavními tématy teoretické části jsou time management, jeho vývoj a nástroje, a prokrastinace. Cílem praktické části práce je zjistit, jestli jsou studenti motivováni ke studiu a jaký je jejich vztah k prokrastinaci. Zkoumáno je prokrastinační chování studentů ve vztahu ke studijním i mimoškolním povinnostem a zda při učení a práci na studijních povinnostech využívají nástroje time managementu. Dále se práce zabývá rušivými prvky, které na studenty při učení působí, včetně moderního fenoménu sociálních sítí. Výzkum probíhal mezi studenty jednotlivých fakult ČVUT v Praze pomocí kvantitativního dotazníku šířeného přes internet. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že většina studentů studuje obor, který studovat chtěla. Mají tedy velkou motivaci pro dokončení studia. I přesto se většina studentů občas dopouští prokrastinačního chování. Více než polovina studentů používá nějaký nástroj time managementu. Hlavním distraktorem studia jsou sociální sítě a internet.The Bachelor thesis focuses on time management of technical university students.The mean topics of theoretical part is time management, its development and tools, and procrastination. The aim of practical part is to find out motivation of students for studies and their relationship to procrastination. In the thesis is examined procrastination behaviour of students in a relationship to academic and extracurricular obligations and if students use for academic obligations some of the time management tools. It also deals with disturbing elements, that affect students in learning including modern phenomenon social networks. The research was conducted among students of faculties on CTU in Prague using quantitative questionnaire which was distributed over the Internet. Results of the research showed that most students were studying the field they wanted to study. They have therefore great motivation to complete their studies. Nevertheless, most students sometimes tend to procrastination behaviour. More than half of the students use some of time management tools. The main distractors of studies are social networks and the Internet.
