Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu, hodnocení a management rizik, které jsou spjaty s obchodem a zákazníky společnosti Ferona, a.s.. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska řízení rizik, detailní popis aktuálního systému analýzy rizikovosti zákazníků (ARZ) společně s návrhem na optimalizaci současného uspořádání a rozšíření v oblasti finančního rizika zákazníků.
The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis, evaluation and risk management associated with trade and customers of Ferona, a.s. The thesis contains the theoretical basis of risk management, a detailed description of the current customer risk analysis system (ARZ) together with a proposal to optimize the current organization and expansion in the area of financial risk of customers.
