Analýza možností a způsobu evakuace zdravotnického zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou evakuace zdravotnického zařízení. Jejím cílem je komparace způsobu provádění evakuace z vybraných částí a pater budovy Dětské části Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Pro realizaci práce je vybráno Oddělení urgentního příjmu dětí a tři lůžková oddělení. Teoretická část se věnuje evakuaci jako takové. Popisuje její zakotvení v legislativě, dále pak její dělení a zabezpečení. Jsou zde zmíněny i orgány evakuace a dokumenty, které se evakuace týkají. Druhá část teorie je pak zaměřena na zdravotnická zařízení a jejich dělení, společně s popsáním evakuace přímo těchto zařízeních. V praktické části je obecně popsán průběh úplné evakuace objektu Dětské části Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Následně jsou rozebrány evakuační procesy každého ze zkoumaných oddělení, kterými jsou urgentní příjem a lůžková oddělení chirurgie, ortopedie a ARO při úplné objektové evakuaci. Dále je formou SWOT analýz a jejich porovnáním zkoumaná připravenost těchto oddělení potažmo celého objektu na případnou evakuaci. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz jsou pak vydána doporučení pro zoptimalizování celého procesu evakuace. Data pro tvorbu analýz jsou vybrána z dokumentace Fakultní nemocnice v Motole a z vlastního pozorování a zkušeností autora. Závěr shrnuje celkovou připravenost vybraných oddělení potažmo celé budovy Dětské části na vznik a provedení evakuace, dále je zde zodpovězeno na hypotézy, které byly stanoveny před tvorbou práce.This thesis deals with problematics of evacuation of a medical facility. It´s goal is to compare different approaches of evacuation from specific wards and floors of the building of Children´s Ward of University Hospital in Motol. Children´s emergency department and three inpatients wards were selected for purposes of this thesis. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of evacuation plan itself. It describes it´s legislation aspects, division, and safety of evacuation. This part consists also of authorities and documents related to evacuation. Second part of theory focuses on medical facilities and their division as well as description of its evacuation. In practical part of thesis is described the whole process of evacuation of Children´s ward of University Hospital in Motol. Evacuation procedure of each of examined wards, which are emergency and inpatient wards of chirurgic, orthopaedics and ICU during complete evacuation of the building. Then SWOT analysis is used for comparison of readiness of these wards and therefore the whole facility for possible evacuation. Based on outcomes of analysis author of this thesis proposes recommendation for improvements and optimisation of the process of evacuation. Data for analysis are based on documentation of University Hospital in Motol and based on personal experiences and observations of author. In conclusion author evaluates readiness for evacuation of chosen wards therefore the whole building of Children´s ward, he also answers hypothesis which were determined at the beginning of the thesis.
