Spasmus akomodace u myopických pacientů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou akomodace oka. Na začátku práce je popsána anatomie a fyziologie struktur částí oka podílejících se na akomodaci. Dále je popsán mechanizmus, teorie akomodace a její klasifikace. Popsány základní pojmy týkající se akomodace, jako je daleký a blízký bod a akomodační šíře. Část práce je věnována faktorům ovlivňujícím průběh akomodace, akomodačním poruchám a jejich řešením. Další část práce se věnuje popisu myopie a presbyopie. V praktické části je práce věnována statistickému zpravování shromážděných dat z vyšetřených refrakcí na oční klinice Gemini. Hodnotila se možnost výskytu akomodačního spasmu u dlouhodobě překorigovaných myopických pacientů a možná souvislost s vnitřními faktory. Také se porovnávaly hodnoty naměřené refrakce před a po aplikaci cykloplegik nebo mydriatik a jejich účinky. Mezi jejich účinkem nebyl zjištěn statisticky významný rozdíl.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of accommodation of the eye. At the beginning of the work, the anatomy and physiology of the structures of the parts of the eye involved in accommodation are described. The mechanism, the theory of accommodation and its classification are also described. Basic concepts related to accommodation are described, such as far and near point and accommodation width. Part of the work is devoted to factors influencing the course of accommodation, accommodation disorders and their solutions. The next part of the work is devoted to the description of myopia and presbyopia. In the practical part, the work is devoted to statistical reporting of collected data from examined refractions at the Gemini eye clinic. The possibility of accommodation spasm in long-term overcorrected myopic patients and the possible connection with internal factors were evaluated. The values of the measured refraction before and after the application of cycloplegics or mydriatics and their effects were also compared. No statistically significant difference was found between their effects.
