Komplexní rehabilitace u diabetické polyneuropatie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na polyneuropatie, jakožto sekundární chronické problémy onemocnění diabetes mellitus, jehož prevalence v České republice i ve světě neustále roste. Teoretická část je zaměřena na samotnou charakteristiku onemocnění, jeho vznik a průběh. Jsou zde podrobně popsány a vysvětleny vhodné terapeutické postupy, které byly použity ve speciální části. Speciální část obsahuje anamnézy a kineziologické rozbory deseti pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus a zároveň s onemocněním diabetické polyneuropatie, a to přesně pět od každého typu diabetu. Obsahem jsou rovněž cvičební jednotky a objektivní zhodnocení účinků terapie. V závěru jsou porovnány vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, zhodnocení úspěšnosti terapií a zvolených terapeutických metod.This bachelor thesis is focused on polyneuropathy as a secondary chronic problem of diabetes mellitus. Prevalence of diabetes is constantly increasing both in the Czech Republic and the world. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease, its origin and course. There are also explained and described in detail all suitable therapeutic procedures that have been used in the special section. The special part contains the anamnesis and kinesiological analyzes of ten patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetic polyneuropathy, exactly five from each diabetes type. The content also includes exercise units and an objective evaluation of the effects of therapy. At the end of the thesis, the initial and final examinations are compared, the success of therapies and selected therapeutic methods are evaluated.
