Možnosti mobilní aplikace pro pacienty ambulantní rehabilitační kliniky

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu možnosti využití mobilní aplikace pro pacienty ambulantní rehabilitační kliniky. V první části práce je popsán současný stav problematiky v České republice i ve světě se zaměřením na mHeath ve fyzioterapii. Následně byla vytvořena instruktážní videa, která sloužila pro podporu domácího cvičení pacientů jako simulování mobilní aplikace. V rámci pilotního testování bylo do studie zařazeno 20 pacientů po artroskopii kolenního kloubu, kteří byli rozděleni do dvou skupin - experimentální a kontrolní. Na základě individuálního terapeutického plánu, kontrolních mechanismů a vyhodnocení dotazníků, byl vypočítán klinický efekt, který byl následně použit jako vstup do analýzy nákladové efektivity. Náklady na vývoj a zavedení mobilní aplikace byly naceněny technologickou firmou. Práce rovněž nabízí odhad nákladů na léčbu pacientů. Analýza, vycházející z dat získaných při měření s pacienty, prokázala vyšší poměr mezi efektem a náklady u varianty využívající mobilní aplikací. Pro ověření stability výsledků byla v závěru diplomové práce vypočítána citlivostní analýza CEA. Na základě výsledků tohoto pilotního výzkumu lze považovat využití mobilní aplikace v rehabilitaci za efektivní a lze předpokládat, že její využití má velký potenciál.The aim of this diploma thesis was to carry out an analysis of the possible use of a mobile application for patients of the outpatient´s rehabilitation clinic. In the first part of the thesis the current state of the issue both in the Czech republic and in the world is described, focusing mainly on mHealth in physiotherapy. Instructional videos have been created which were used for the support of home exercising to imitate the mobile application. 20 patients after knee arthroscopy were included in the pilot testing; they were divided into two groups: one experimental and one control group. Based on the individual therapeutic treatment plan, control mechanisms and questionnaire analysis, the clinical effect has been worked out, which was used afterwards as an entry of the cost effectiveness analysis. The costs of the development and introduction of the mobile app have been priced by a technology firm. The cost of the patients´ treatment has also been calculated. Based on the analysis, the racio of the effect to costs was higher in case of the mobile application. To verify the stability of results, there has been a sensitivity analysis made at the end of the thesis. Based on the results of this pilot research the usage of the mobile application can be considered effective and it is possible to assume that its use has great potential.
