Specifika přednemocniční neodkladné péče u dětí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky přednemocniční neodkladné péče u dětí, popisem nejčastějších akutních stavů u dětského pacienta a způsobem jejich léčby. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována práce zdravotnické záchranné služby (ZZS), kompetence zdravotnických pracovníků a možnosti transportu, včetně vybavení sanitních vozidel vzhledem k dětskému pacientovi. Dále popisuje jednotlivé tělesné systémy, jejich odlišnosti a vývoj od narození až do dospělosti. Nakonec uvádí nejčastější akutní stavy, se kterými se můžeme u dětí setkat, jejich klinický obraz a doporučenou terapii. Praktická část uvádí kazuistiky, které nám přináší několik dětských pacientů, kteří byli ošetřeni zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Úkolem práce je popis průběhu onemocnění, postupů posádek a případných rozdílů v poskytnuté v péči.This bachelor´s thesis deals with specifics of emergency care for children. It describes the most common disorders typical for pediatric patient and their therapy. The thesis has got theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with main work of Emergency Medical Service (EMS), competences of employment and possibilities of transport including equipment of ambulance for children. Then it describes every single system of body, it´s differences and it´s evolution from birth till adulthood. Last, it presents the most common disorders for children, clinical symptoms and suitable therapy. The practical part presents casuistries of pediatric patients who were treated by EMS. The aim of the thesis is to summarize process of disorder and also describe provided prehospital care.
