Abstract
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá bezpečnostnou kultúrou v oblasti leteckej dopravy, konkrétne v oblasti vyvažovania lietadiel. V práci sú zhrnuté definície pojmov bezpečnosť a bezpečnostná kultúra. Pozornosť je venovaná takisto aj legislatíve, ktorá vytvára právny rámec pre vznik bezpečnostnej kultúry v leteckých organizáciách. Opísané sú aj nástroje pre meranie bezpečnostnej kultúry a následná tvorba systému pre meranie bezpečnostnej kultúre v oblasti vyvažovania lietadiel.
The diploma thesis deals with the safety culture in the field of air transportation, specifically in the field of Load Control. The work summarizes the definitions of the terms safety and safety culture. Attention is also paid to legislation that creates a legal framework for the creating of a safety culture in aviation organizations. Decribed are tools for measuring safety culture and the subsequent creation of a system for measuring safety culture in the field of load control.
