ÚZEMNÍ DOPADY TRATĚ RYCHLÉHO SPOJENÍ

Abstract

Práce v rámci analytické části zkoumá potenciály rozvoje v návaznosti na nácestné stanice na VRT Praha – Brno. V návrhové části je navržena podoba územních změn v okolí tří plánovaných stanic v rozdílných územních podmínkách: Vlašim (stanice na periferii města), Jihlava (stanice v centru města) a Humpolec – Pelhřimov (stanice mimo město). Návrh je proveden v měřítku: (1) regionu (celé spádové území stanice), (2) města (interakce stanice se stávající strukturou města) a (3) urbanistického detailu (okolí stanice, přilehlé veřejné prostranství). Cílem práce je prověřit možnosti urbanistického řešení dopadu výstavby VRT ve vybraných lokalitách.The analytical part of this paper examines the potential of new development in relation to stations on the Praha-Brno high-speed rail (vysokorychlostní trať – VRT). The design part proposes zoning changes in the vicinity of three planned stations with different location conditions: Vlašim (station on the outskirts of the city), Jihlava (station in the city centre) and Humpolec-Pelhřimov (station outside the city). The design consists of scales of: (1) the region (the whole catchment area of the station) (2) the city (interaction of the station with the existing city structure) and (3) urban detail (surroundings of the station, adjacent public space). The goal of the project is to inspect the possibilities of urban design of the impact of VRT construction in the above-mentioned localities.
