Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je novostavba hotelu v České Kamenici. Řešený pozemek se nachází v blízkosti historického centra města, poblíž řeky Kamenice. Součástí navrhované budovy hotelu je restaurace, prostor pro komerční účely a hromadné garáže. Stavba má jedno podzemní a 3 nadzemní podlaží.
The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is a new hotel building in Česká Kamenice. The lot is located near the historic city center, near the river Kamenice. Part of the proposed hotel building is a restaurant, a commercial area and a shared parking garage. The building has one underground and 3 above-ground floors.
