Ergonomické řešení pracovišť výroby a montáže nástaveb nákladních vozidel

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu montovny nástaveb firmy FUTURE-TECH spol. s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou nástaveb na nákladní a užitkové vozy, a následným návrhem na ergonomické zlepšení. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu Ergonomie v rámci strojně zaměřených výroben a základním popisem faktorů, které se u pracovišť analyzují. Praktická část je soustředěna kolem popisu firmy, procesu výroby a analýzy za pomoci checklistů. V návrhové části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky, na základě kterých byl proveden návrh konstrukce lešení a ovzduší ve svařovně, doplněné o ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. V závěrečné části dochází k celkovému vyhodnocení a okomentování splnění úkolů z části úvodní.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current state of production of the company FUTURE-TECH spol. s.r.o., which deals with the production of superstructures for trucks and commercial vehicles, and the subsequent proposal for ergonomic improvement. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the concept of ergonomics in machine-oriented production and a basic description of the factors that are analysed at workplaces. The analytical part is centered around the description of the company, the production process and analysis using checklists. In the design part, theoretical knowledge is applied, under which the design of the structure of scaffolding and air in the welding shop was made, supplemented by the economic evaluation of the design. In the final part there is an overall evaluation and comment on the fulfillment of tasks from the introductory part.
