Didaktické úlohy pro digitální pneumatiku s využitím FMT (Festo Motion Terminal)

Abstract

V této práci je nejprve koncepčně popsán vývoj pneumatiky přes elektropneumatiku až k digitální pneumatice. Dále jsou popsány vlastnosti a možnosti využití FMT a modulárního řídicího bloku CPX. Tato práce obsahuje také sadu výukových úloh pro práci s FMT pro účely cvičení a seminárních prací spolu s kontrolními testy znalostí. Úlohy jsou řešeny ve vývojovém prostředí CODESYS. Práce obsahuje také návod na instalaci tohoto prostředí tak, aby bylo kompatibilní s FMT terminálem v konfiguraci, v jaké je přítomný v laboratoři C1-109 FS ČVUT.In this thesis firstly the concept evolution of pneumatics, through electro-pneumatics towards digital pneumatics is described. Secondly the characteristics and application fields are described for the FMT and for the CPX modular control block. This work contains tutorials for how to create Applications for FMT in CODESYS software environment to be used in education and for future seminar works. For each tutorial a short test is also provided to test the students’ knowledge. This thesis also contains a tutorial for CODESYS installation as to be compatible with FMT terminal in the configuration that is present at the laboratory C1-109 of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at CTU.
