Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody získávání a zpracování dat o provozu výrobního podniku. V teoretické části je rozebrán výběr vhodné SQL pro ukládání dat, dále pak popis komunikace OPC UA a její praktické využití a v poslední části popis statistických parametrů pro hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je popsán program vytvořený v programu Automation Studio pro sběr a vyhodnocení dat. Dále pak struktura připojení senzorů na I/O ostrůvky a praktické vyhodnocení nasbíraných dat.
The diploma thesis is focused on methods of obtaining and processing data on the operation of a manufacturing company. The theoretical part discusses the selection of suitable SQL for data storage, then a description of OPC UA communication and its practical use and in the last part a description of statistical parameters for evaluating the performance of the company. The practical part describes the program created in the Automation Studio program for data collection and evaluation. Furthermore, the structure of the connection of sensors to the I / O islands and the practical evaluation of the collected data.
