Systém pro automatizovanou detekci vad ve spojení s metodami nedestruktivního testování

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá automatizovaným detekováním indikací vad na dílech testovaných metodami nedestruktivního testování, konkrétně magnetickou práškovou metodou. Jsou analyzována předchozí řešení daného problému a popsán vlastní návrh. V rámci vlastního návrhu je sestavena snímací soustava, přizpůsobena zmíněné metodě testování. Dále je navržen algoritmus detekce vad využívající moderních R-CNN metod. Při implementaci je využit systém Detectron2 od firmy Facebook a na trénovacím datasetu o 27 snímcích a testovacím datasetu o 10 snímcích detekuje model 83 % všech pravých indikací, přičemž každý pátý snímek detekuje chybně.The subject of this thesis is automated detection of defect indication on parts inspected by methods of non-destructive testing, specifically magnetic particle testing. Previous solutions to this problem are analyzed and a new approach is proposed. First, a camera system is put together and adapted to the testing method. Then an indication detection algorithm, based on modern R-CNN methods, is designed and implemented. For the implementation Detectron2 system from Facebook is used. With a training dataset, which consists of 27 images and a test dataset consisting of 10 images, the model detects 83 % of all true indications, while making an error in every fifth image.
