Využití softwarové podpory pro návrh linek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá simulacemi výrobních systémů a jejich použití při procesu jejich projektování. Teoretická část má za úkol vysvětlit nutné prerekvizity pro pochopení projektu, který zpracovává. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy z oblasti projektování, automatizace výrobních linek, simulace a simulační softwary a jejich možnosti. V praktické části popisuji přípravu simulačního modelu ve dvou softwarech a na základě výstupů ze simulací vybírám vhodný software pro potřeby společnosti Continental.This diploma thesis is focused on simulations of production systems and their use for process of line designing. Thetheoretical part of this thesis defines and further explains nescesary knowledge for better understanding of project in practical part of this thesis. Explained here are the problematice of line design, production lines and their automatization and ofcourse the concept of simulation and examples of simulation softwares and their possibilities. The practical part focuses on making a simulation model in two of those softwares, compares them and based on this comparsion a decisionis made about the most suitable software for Continental company.
