Abstract
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom riešenia kontroly ložiskovej plochy rámu rýpadla na súradnicovom meracom stroji. Práca predstavuje riešenie danej problematiky merania formou prímerného prípravku. V praktickej časti bol navrhnutý dizajn prímerného prípravku, ktorý bol portotypizovaný. Následne bola vyhodnotená spôsobilosť tohoto prípravku v procese merania podľa metodík MSA, VDA 5 a ISO 22514-7 prostredníctvom softwaru Yarvyn. Táto práca bola vypracovaná v spolupráci so spoločnosťou Bobcat Doosan.
The diploma thesis discusses possibilities for inspection the bearing surface of an excavator frame on a coordinate measuring machine. The work represents a solution to the measurement problem in the form of subsidiary jig. In the experimental part of diploma thesis, the subsidiary jig was designed and portotyped. Subsequently the capability of the subsidiary jig in the measurement process was evaluted according to MSA, VDA 5 and ISO 22514-7 methodologies in Yarvyn software. This work was developed in collaboration with Bobcat Doosan company.
