Návrh a technologie výroby vtokových trysek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a optimalizací výroby vtokové trysky pro hydroforming. Nejprve se práce věnuje hydroformingu, NC programování a vhodným materiálům pro danou součást. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou výrobní dokumentace, její úpravou a návrhem nového materiálu, konkrétně maraging oceli, která je blíže popsána. Na závěr je popsána výroba prototypové sady, problémy, které se během výroby objevily a způsoby jejich odstranění.This thesis is focused on design and optimalization of production of inlet nozzel for hydroforming. At the beginning the thesis deals with hydroforming, NC programming and suitable materials for the component. After that, the thesis is focused on analysis of production documentation, its adjustments and sugestion of new material, specifically maraging steel, which is closely described. In the end, there is a description of production of the prototype set, problems, which occured during the production and the ways to remove them.
