Návrh simulátoru inzulinové pumpy

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je rozšíření seriózní hry MyDiabetic o senzor kontinuálního monitorování glykémie a inzulinovou pumpu. Práce rozebírá vlastnosti a limitace těchto dvou diabetických pomůcek a popisuje návrh a implementaci jejich herních modelů pro účely integrace do hry MyDiabetic. Rozšířená hra MyDiabetic byla kvalitativně testována na 9 dětech s diabetem prvního typu ve věku 7 až 16 let. Testování prokázalo, že navržené herní modely a jejich ovládání jsou intuitivní a odpovídají realitě. Sebraná zpětná vazba byla použita pro zlepšení ovládání.The subject of this thesis is an extension of a serious game MyDybetic with a sensor for continuous glucose monitoring and an insulin pump. The thesis discusses properties and limitations of these two diabetic aides and describes design and implementation of their game models for the purpose of integrating into the game MyDiabetic. The extended game was qualitatively tested on 9 children of age 7 to 16 years with type I diabetes. The testing proved that proposed game models and their control are intuitive and correspond with real products. Feedback from the testing was used for improvements in user interface.
