Využití operační analýzy v oblasti obchodní logistiky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metod operační analýzy a poznatků z teorie grafů při optimalizaci rozvozových tras obchodní společnosti JAF HOLZ spol. s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na představení problematiky obchodní logistiky, distribučních úloh a metod jejich řešení. Cílem práce je aplikovat jednotlivé metody za účelem minimalizace vzdáleností rozvozových tras a snížení firemních nákladů v podobě úspor na pohonných hmotách. Výsledkem optimalizačního procesu je představení optimálních rozvozových tras a nejefektivnějšího způsobu jejich nalezení v podobě návrhu možného zlepšení logistických procesů.This thesis deals with using operational analysis methods and a graph theory for optimising distribution routes in a trading company JAF HOLZ spol. s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on presenting business logistics issues, distribution tasks and their solution methods. The aim of this thesis is to apply different methods in order to minimise the length of distribution routes and reduce the company costs related to fuel. The result of optimisation procedure is presentation of the best distribution routes and the most effective way for finding them in the form of a proposal for potential improvements in logistic processes.
