Návrh kontejnerové technologie pro konverzi CO2 na CH4

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh zkušební kontejnerové demo-jednotky sloužící ke konverzi odpadního oxidu uhličitého na metan. Součástí textu je kromě rešerše stávajících technologií a teorie Sabatierovy reakce také popis fyzikálně-chemického modelu, vytvořeného v programu AspenPLUS. Výstup z tohoto modelu je energetická a hmotová bilance, na jejíž základě jsou nadimenzovány hlavní komponenty kontejnerové jednotky. Díky tomuto mohla být vytvořena 3D dispozice. Na závěr je provedeno základní ekonomické zhodnocení provozu této technologie.The main goal of this thesis is to design a containerized test demo-unit for a conversion of the waste carbon dioxide to the methane. Besides of the search of the currently used technologies and the theory of Sabatier reaction, there is described a physical-chemistrical model, created in a software AspenPLUS. The technology and its key components were designed on the basis of the model results (energy and mass balance). Thanks to this, 3D disposition could be created. In the end, a basic economical evaluation of the technology‘s running costs was done.
