Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá plánováním, získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat procesy plánování, získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti, posoudit způsob jejich zajištění, vymezit možnosti jejich zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a shrnuje poznatky o cílech a činnostech řízení lidských zdrojů a dále se konkrétněji zabývá plánováním, získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. Praktická část analyzuje situaci plánování, získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a je zpracována na základě rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a internetových zdrojů. Na základě analýzy budou navrhnuta doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení procesu plánování, získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.The diploma thesis deals with the planning, recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the processes of planning, recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company, assess the method of securing them, define opportunities for their improvement and propose appropriate solutions. The theoretical part is based on the literature and summarizes the knowledge about the goals and activities of human resources management and also deals more specifically with the planning, recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part analyses the situation of planning, recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company and is processed on the basic of interviews, questionnaire survey and internet resources. Based on this analysis, there will be proposed recommendations that will lead to an improvement in the process of planning, recruitment and selection.
