Abstract
Dále byly stejné vzorky svařeny konvenční metodou TIG AC a znovu vyhodnoceny stejnými zkouškami. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení vlastností svařenců novou technologii, porovnání s konvenční, zavedenou technologií a zhodnocení přínosu nové technologie v praxi.
The diploma thesis deals with the properties of welding of aluminum alloys made by a new method of fusion welding MIG AC (Metal Inert Gas) using alternating current. The theoretical part describes the issue of welding of aluminum and its alloys, welding by conventional welding methods (MIG DC + and TIG AC), incl. their advantages and disadvantages. The experimental part describes the welding of samples with the new MIG AC method, welding source from the manufacturer ELMA-Tech GmbH, evaluation of welds by non-destructive tests (visual and capillary) and destructive tests (evaluation of microhardness, macroscopic and tensile tests). Furthermore, the same samples were welded by a conventional TIG AC method and re-evaluated by the same tests. The result of the work is the evaluation of the properties of weldments new technology, comparison with conventional, established technology and evaluation of the benefits of new technology in practice.
