Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled o základních principech odlučování částic, provedení odlučovačů a jejich třídění. Dále se práce zabývá popisem odlučovacích zařízení pro průmyslovou a vzduchovou filtraci se zaměřením na odlučování tuků a olejové mlhy. Praktická část zahrnuje ideový návrh odsávacího zákrytu pro hotelovou kuchyň včetně návrhu tukových filtrů.
This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the fundamental principles of particle separation from the air, design of separators and their classification. After that the thesis discusses description of separation devices for industrial and air filtration with a focus on the separation of fats and oil mist. The practical part includes the conceptual design of the extractor hood for the hotel kitchen including the design of grease filters.
