Chlazení a klimatizace skladovacích center

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem chladicího výkonu potřebného pro zajištění vhodných skladovacích podmínek chladírenských a mrazírenských komor v distribučních a skladovacích centrech. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na podrobný popis řešení výpočtu tepelných zátěží skladovacích chlazených komor. Výpočet ve své první části zahrnuje kalkulaci maximálního návrhového chladicího výkonu potřebného pro volbu zdroje chladu a v druhé části dynamiku změn chladicího výkonu vázanou na změnu okolních podmínek a vytížení chladicího zařízení. Výsledkem práce je aplikace výpočtu a jeho ověření na realizovaném projektu. Práce dále ověřuje výpočtem možnost využití odpadního tepla z chladicího zařízení, jako zdroj energie pro provoz tepelného čerpadla.The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the cooling capacity needed to ensure suitable storage conditions for refrigeration and freezing chambers in distribution and storage centers. The theoretical part of the dissertation focuses on a detailed description of the calculation of thermal loads of cold storage chambers. The first part of the calculation includes the computation of the maximal suggested cooling capacity required for cooling source selection and the second part of the calculation includes a dynamic of changes in the cooling capacity related to the change of ambient conditions and the load of the cooling unit. The result of the work is the application of the calculation and its verification on the realised project. The thesis further verifies (using a calculation) the possibility of using waste heat from the cooling unit as a source of energy for the operation of a heat pump.
