Návrh materiálů pro akumulátorový box Formula Student

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ucelenému návrhu materiálů pro akumulátorový box do monopostu Formula Student Electric. Jedná se o devátý box navrhnutý pro tým eForce FEE Prague Formula. První část práce se zabývá pravidly a rešerší používaných materiálů. Ve druhé části jsou navrženy kompozitní materiály, které byly dle pravidel Formula Student vyrobeny a otestovány. Na základě dat byla nastavena pevnostní simulace, která je testována na modelu celého boxu. Na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny všechny výsledky a představeny návrhy možných řešení.This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of materials for an accumulator container for a Formula Student Electric monopost. It is the ninth box designed for the eForce FEE Prague Formula team. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to the research of materials used for the accumulator boxes. In the second part, composite materials are proposed, which were manufactured and tested according to the rules of Formula Student. Based on the data, we set up a structural analysis, which is used on a model of the box. In conclusion, all the results and possible solutions are presented.
