Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení pro budovu vinařství. Objekt má jedno nadzemní podlaží a dvě podzemní, je umístěn do svahu. Vinařství slouží pro výrobu a skladování vinných výrobků a zároveň má čtyři ubytovací jednotky pro hosty. Nosné konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Tyto konstrukce jsou posouzeny v předběžném statickém výpočtu. Důraz je kladen na komplexní konstrukční řešení budovy a návrh hlavních stavebních detailů. Konstrukce a vybrané detaily jsou podrobněji posouzeny z hlediska tepelné techniky.The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of selected parts of the winery building documentation for a building permit. The structure has one above ground floor and two underground floors and is located on a slope. The winery building is used for the production and storage of wine products and has four guest rooms. Load bearing structures are made from reinforced concrete and are assessed in a preliminary static calculation. The emphasis is on the complex constructional solution of selected building and design of main structural details. Constructions and details are assessed in more detail in terms of thermal engineering.
