Rekonstrukce zemědělského objektu v Bílém Kostele nad Nisou

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je rekonstrukce zbořeniště zemědělského objektu větších rozměrů, který byl postaven v 18. století. Objekt se nachází v obci Bílý Kostel nad Nisou na severu České republiky. Cílem je analýza a vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu budovy a následným vypracováním plánů pro rekonstrukci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na textovou a projektovou část. Textová část se zabývá historií objektu a důvody, které vedly k jejímu postupnému chátrání až k desolátnímu stavu. Dále je zde popsán postup diagnostiky současného stavu budovy, tj. odebrání vzorků poškozeného zdiva a postup laboratorních testů, které vedly k určení pevnosti v tlaku a ohybu cihel zdiva a salinity omítek. Na základě kladných laboratorních výsledků a statického posouzení bylo možno přistoupit k návrhu rekonstrukce objektu. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje detailní projektovou dokumentaci, která bude sloužit jako podklad pro plánovanou rekonstrukci.The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the reconstruction of a large ruined agricultural building built in 18th century which is located in the village of Bílý Kostel nad Nisou in the north of the Czech Republic. The aim of this project is to analyse and evaluate the current condition of the building, and to then create plans for its reconstruction. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first deals with the building’s history and the reasons for its decline and eventual ruin. It describes the sampling of material from the damaged masonry and the subsequent laboratory tests that were carried out to determine the compression and bend strength of the sampled bricks and the salinity of the plaster. Based on these positive laboratory results, it was decided to create plans to reconstruct the ruined building. The second part of this bachelor’s thesis is the detailed project documentation for its reconstruction.
